Accessing the site
You can access the site at support.lexden.co.uk or from the Existing Clients page on our main site at www.lexden.co.uk
You can submit a request without signing in or use the Sign in link to access all of the features.
Everybody has been authorised to sign in if they are a user at one of our clients.
Sign in with your user email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot my password link
Viewing Articles and Documents
Once you have signed in, you will see the various areas available.
Usually, you will want to click the Your Company Area link.
This will take you to a list of all the articles on the site pertinent to your company
Reviewing Requests Past and Present
You can view all of the requests you have ever made to us and even, if you are authorised, see all the requests for everyone in your company. If you want company-wide access, please contact us.
Click your name in the top-right of the screen and choose My activities.
You can then see a list of all of your requests, open requests at the top and solved requests later.
1. You can changed the criteria to see all requests for your organisation (if you have necessary permission).
2. Click a request to see further details.
A sample of a request detail screen is shown below. You can add comments to the request by scrolling to the end.
